Do you service all brands of standby generators?

Yes, all brands Generac, Kohler, Briggs and Stratton, WinCo, Onan, Cummings, Champion.

Can you do warranty work?

We can do warranty work on Kohler, Generac, and Briggs and Stratton as we are factory trained and certified.

Do you offer generator monitoring service?

Yes for Kohler and Generac we offer a monitoring service with a yearly fee for the data service. We set up a cellular device on your generator that you and BHG can see. With cellular the cable being out will not interfere with signal.

Do you offer a service contract?

We do offer a service agreement rather than a contract.

What does that mean? We do not charge for a service contract, it just states that you give us permission to service your generator annually automatically, and we will bill you for the parts and labor that is used.

Do you have a 24hr emergency service

Yes, the line is available after hours when you call our office number. An extension 6 will be available after 4pm or on the weekends. You will be directed to the on call tech.

When should I check the oil?

Every 24hrs of run time. Make sure you turn off your generator before checking or adding oil.

Is there a place to go to see standby generators?

Yes we have a show room located at 316 Bath road in Brunswick. We have Kohler, Generac, Briggs and Stratton on display.

I’v sold my house what should I do about my service agreement

Please contact us and let us know so we can take you off the automatic service agreement.

Do you accept credit cards for payment?

Yes, we accept visa, mastercard, ACH debit, Standard check.

We do not accept American Express, PayPal, Venmo, or Apple Pay. Sorry for any inconvenience.
