We can do warranty work on Kohler, Generac, and Briggs and Stratton as we are factory trained and certified.
Yes for Kohler and Generac we offer a monitoring service with a yearly fee for the data service. We set up a cellular device on your generator that you and BHG can see. With cellular the cable being out will not interfere with signal.
We do offer a service agreement rather than a contract.
What does that mean? We do not charge for a service contract, it just states that you give us permission to service your generator annually automatically, and we will bill you for the parts and labor that is used.
Yes, the line is available after hours when you call our office number. An extension 6 will be available after 4pm or on the weekends. You will be directed to the on call tech.
Every 24hrs of run time. Make sure you turn off your generator before checking or adding oil.
Yes we have a show room located at 316 Bath road in Brunswick. We have Kohler, Generac, Briggs and Stratton on display.
